I have a charge of $163.55 on my card that only says Business Office but when I request more info from my card company they say it is Medical Services & Health Practitioners. This is still not a charged authorized by myself or my husband. I would love to knw what this is for!
I received a call Jan 22, 2020 from Ameritrust saying I owed $390.47 for
blood work and that I had been billed and hadn't paid. I have NOT received a statement for this amount from anyone.
I have medicare and tricare for life
Please send me a copy of the statement sent to me...as soon as possible!
