Mainstreet Renewal Maintenance requests with mainstreet renewal

I have been living in my rental home now going on 4 years. The company I rent from is Mainstreet Renewal. They are by far the worst to deal with as far as customer service and maintenance requests. I have Atleast 10+ on my record, but they pick and choose which ones to keep on my account for me to view. They are notorious for sending technicians out when I am not home and submitting the work order as “complete”online even though there was no work done. When I try to put in requests they cancel them. This current issue has to do with my AC/HVAC unit. We have been without ax in our home now for 3 days. We have a 10 month old daughter and the heat had reached 93 outside and 90 in our home. They have been giving us false information each and every day with no accurate time frame as to when the issue will be resolved. Each time we call, we speak to a different person and no one has called us back when they say they will. I am a very frustrated mother who pays $1700 a month in rent. This is among many issues we have had with this rental company but by far the worst

Desired outcome: Someone to help fix their broken system.

Hello my name is Kelly, I have unfortunately rented a house from Mainstreet also. I know this goes back to 2022. May I ask how long it took for them to respond to your maintenance request?
