I would like to inform you about bad service in the Mainstreet Renewal company,
I entered into an agreement with Mainstreet on August 31, 2023 hoping for good service and to enjoy my new home. But I was deeply mistaken. There is a huge problem with the garage gate that has not been resolved by the company for two months now. First of all, when we were given the opportunity to view the house, we were not given a remote to open the garage doors. I could only see what the garage looked like
Secondly, the home inspection was done within 5-7 minutes and at the end of it I was handed a remote. I am not writing about the other shortcomings of the inspection, it would take a long time. (After this inspection, I had to poison the cockroaches that were found in the house the first day after the inspection. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets were filled with dead cockroaches covered with some sticky chemical. No-one removed it. We had not moved into the house yet.)
I was handed a remote, but no one showed me how it worked. It has not worked properly since the first day. Maybe the batteries need to be changed, I didn't know because nothing was explained to me. After three weeks the remote stopped working completely. My car now stays outside in rain and hail. Thirdly, I made an appointment 2 times on 10.11 and 11.13 to have my garage door repaired. No result. Since that time my car stays outside in rain and hail. In the first visit, a representative of Mainstreet company jerked the garage door and they completely skewed, opened a gap to the street and now all the garbage is in my garage.
In the second visit, the representative of Mainstreet company told us that you need to call specialists, and who he was I didn’t figured out. On 11.16.23 another employee came in and said, why was I invited, a garage door specialist is needed here. Fourth, I rented a house with a garage and pay rent for the garage among other things
But I don't get that service. Why should I have to pay for it. Who will pay for my car in case of hail damage. Why do I have to drive a dirty car that is not parked in the garage. Why is the garage constantly dirty because it's open, animals run in, lots of trash in there every day. I can't store any stuff in there. Please help with this problem.

Maintenance requests with mainstreet renewal
I have been living in my rental home now going on 4 years. The company I rent from is Mainstreet Renewal. They are by far the worst to deal with as far as customer service and maintenance requests. I have Atleast 10+ on my record, but they pick and choose which ones to keep on my account for me to view. They are notorious for sending technicians out when I am not home and submitting the work order as “complete”online even though there was no work done. When I try to put in requests they cancel them. This current issue has to do with my AC/HVAC unit. We have been without ax in our home now for 3 days. We have a 10 month old daughter and the heat had reached 93 outside and 90 in our home. They have been giving us false information each and every day with no accurate time frame as to when the issue will be resolved. Each time we call, we speak to a different person and no one has called us back when they say they will. I am a very frustrated mother who pays $1700 a month in rent. This is among many issues we have had with this rental company but by far the worst
