I submitted a detailed move-in report on April 7, 2025, documenting multiple unresolved issues including continuous A/C failure — causing daytime temps to reach 75–78°F despite the system running nonstop — resulting in sky-high electric bills. Recent repairs haven’t fixed it and their technician dismissed my concerns as “normal.” Mold remains in the attic insulation, window screens are still tossed in the backyard, walls are dotted with unpatched nails and screw holes, broken blinds are still broken, there’s no garbage disposal despite housing provisions for one, and the third bedroom still lacks a functioning fan or light.
Despite documenting these defects as health and safety issues, the company continues to act like I’m trapped by the lease — this feels predatory. Tenant rights should mean more than empty promises.
