Dear Lennox Customer Service:
Your furnace nearly started a fire in my home on Jan 23, 2011. It's a good thing we were home and awake at midnight to shut it down after it started filling our house with noxious smoke.

I have poured money into this sub-standard product over the past five years. Blower motors, Primary circuit boards and secondary circuit boards, I will no longer recommend Lennox after this near catastrophe.

Final Installation Inspection
JD Vigil employess installed a Lennox Furnance on October 29, 2008. An inspection was due on November 3 in which I cancelled out at 2:50 p.m because the inspector called just as I was headed out the door to pick up my daughter from school.
