Leeann Chin review: Customer service 1

On December 10, 2020, I went to Leann Chin at 1:26 pm. It was my first rotten experience. I was treated poorly. The food being good did not make up for the rudeness and incompetence of the cashier, Jerry.
I always get the honey shrimp ($8.99) with noodles (+99 cents) and a small drink ($2.09) = $12.93. and I've had the same two people to ring me up. One of them had the day off today. Instead it was a rude employee named Jerry who insisted the same exact thing was $14 not $12.93 like it had been with the others. He said they made a mistake. 3 times in a row? Highly doubtful.
All I wanted was my $1.07 back and Jerry flat out refused to give me my money back. He refused to own up to his mistake and have "customer is always right" attitude. Instead he had an "I'm always right. And this is how it is" attitude.
Needless to say, I'm not returning to that location. Below I attached my receipt.

The customer is always right? LOL! NO ONE is always right! People who use the expression the customer is always right generally are trying to pull something. You should have asked for a manager to clarify pricing.
