LANCET ACCOUNT REFERENCE: F5113101 I refer to above outstanding account. I received a letter from ITC Business Administrators, for non-payment on above account. According to this letter I have failed to meet my obligations and I am now being threatened with legal action. What I don't understand is that since APRIL 2015, I have not once skipped a payment, yes all the amounts differ but at least I'm making a contribution, however small, EVERY MONTH. As far as I know, it is not at all fair that I'm being threatened, as I am doing the best I can and atleast I'm making a payment EVERY MONTH. When I tried calling ITC Business Administrators and Lancet Laboratories, the person on the other side was rude and treated me like a criminal. When I try and email both companies, I'm just ignored and I don't get a response at all.
Unreasonable treat to blacklist by Lancet
It’s a pity that Lancet is considering legal action against me when I only received an invoice in July due to the medical aid’s non payment, for services rendered in April. And that I had settled that bill in less than two months upon receipt of this very late bill, last payment made in Sept – wow lovely letter in the mail – in light of the current economical environment, not many people have R1500 sitting around to pay the odd stray bill. Maybe Lancet should look at calling their clients to make sure that they are paying customers or non paying customers before sending demand letters. But then I suppose Lancet doesn’t really care which shade debt consolidation their customer fall in, do they? Maybe they should contact the person liable for the account after 30days from service date if they had not received payment from medical aid -how else are client to know there are payment issues?

Am receiving SMS saying I need to make an arrangement to pay 2700 tht was short paid in Feb for my first depended.I called you guys and was told this query is under investigation.when I called my midacal aid, there's 747 code saying am not liable for this, due to the test was that were done were not on the request form, so am failing to understand if the fault were on your side where do I feet in cause you guys didn't follow the right procedure when it comes claiming on my medical aid, send me your email address to send you that statement or fix this on your side cause this will go far.
