Knights Inn room of roaches refused to refund money

German roaches the smaller ones as soon as I opened the door and big ones running everywhere. I was told they run in when the door is opened. The must not use a company to exterminate I'm attaching a pic of the roaches. They did nothing even when I took this large thing to them. I was told the manager wasn't in and they refused to call the manager refused me a refund refused to do anything to make this right. I had already paid for this room for 2 nights before I saw it and didn't have the money to get a another. They just didn't care. I was approached by a male wanting drugs before I even entered my room and saw the first roach run as I turned the lights on. They just did not care at all. I had no choice but to stay there. Knights Inn service was horrible

I booked a hotel threw [protected]@booking .com, they did ok, but when I got to the hotel they did not have any information, we went early to let them know we had arrived. We went back they did not have the room ready. the beds did not have any mattesspads on them very uncomfortable. The toilet ran all night. brought towels later. Shower dirty, I really needed one. we were going to stay 2 nights, we left the first morning. I did ask for a refund, they were not sure they could do it. So we left and paid for a room we did not use. Again the hotel was Knights inn in Ephrata, Wa. I hope someone will go there and check it out. It was very disappointing. We drove many miles to get there.

I went to stay at this motel with my girlfriend for the Neptune festival. We live in different states and met at this location. There is not enough parking for more than one car per room at this motel. They sent me to an overflow parking lot and made me pay an extra fee of $20.00 to park in it, .
