I think this is one of the greatest places I've looked for a car. They were straight forward with me and even though my credit was horrible. They were able to get me a loan, I didn’t drive away with the Mercedes I wanted but they did help me drive a loaded Maxima because I didn’t have the full down payment available for the Mercedes. So don’t believe all...

A true bunch of liars...Kings Auto Show, used car dealers in Brooklyn, NY. Purchased a car, paid in full - Fed Xed them a cashiers check. Drove 7 hours to meet them in CT and they simply didn't show. No call, wouldn't return our calls. Total runaround and lie after lie, after lie. We were hysterical and they sincerely didn't care about what they did to u...

Kings Auto Show Misleading people!

Kings Auto Show is the worst dealership in the world, they are not professional at all. They lie to people by telling them that they are approved when they are not approved at all but preapproved and to make matters worst they lead you on by telling you to go pick a car, while you are out picking a car they are sitting back doing nothing but making you believe they are talking to financial advisers and the bank its all a lie. This dealership need to burn down they are a group of liars and non professionals who should all find a better job it was the most horrible experience.

Alert! Stay away from this place! Run, now, while you still have the chance. If you go here and your instinct tells you something is wrong, please do not ignore it. I recieved a credit offer letter from Capitol One for this place and went in to ask about purchasing a vehicle, with 0 down payment ( which they have a banner advertising outside). These con artist have the good cop bad cop routine down. First guy played really nice, (i will call him Good Cop) it was raining and he pulled out an umbrella for me to look at the cars even though I had my own ( blah-blah, nicey-, nicey talk). I looked at a Nissan Rogue, good cop when I asked, tells me it's in the 16, 000 price range. I then go in to negotiate and was told to wait at a table while the calculation, and credit check is done. Good cop asks me how much i want to put down and I tell him again that I plan to fully finance, he goes to the office and then comes back to say I need to at least put down a minimum because of credit (mine is fair). ( As I sat there I am thinking about why Capital One would send me a pre-approved credit offer for an amount about double what he tells me the price of the car is and then not fully cover the cost when I am using about half of the pe-approval amount. I think there is some B**S going on here) Then out comes another guy who is introduced as good cop's boss Chris. Chris ask if I can do a minimum of $2000 because the finance company has only approved a certain amount (no amount given) and I say yes. He takes my debit card and is walking away and I asked where he is going with my card and not to do anything with it when he has not spoken to me about final cost or anything else to close the deal. He mutters something about calling me just now to do so and without returning my card walks to the office. I then get called to the office where a third guy, big slob Bad Cop is introduced as the person who has done the calculation and will talk to me. He asks again how much can i put down and I indicate again that if possible I would like to know how much was approved by the bank first as I wanted to fully finance. He then says how i am changing the plan now (blame game) when I had said $2000. I indicate that Chris and I had talked and he said that I needed to put a down payment of $2000. Sleaze bag Chris who is standing to the side, denies that I had a conversation with him where he asked me to come up with the money. I then state again that my original conversation was a full finance option. Big Slob says he was not told that, with an attitude, and with an attitude back, i tell him that that is the result of a a breakdown in communication between his co-workers and him and not my fault. He deletes the $2000 and is talking about warranty and talks about the lesser of 90 day or 40, 000 miles, and the lemon law, but he makes it sound like that is a warranty that they provide, so I had to put him in check and state that it is not a warranty but is NYS law. Then he talks about an Allstate 2 year warranty and I notice there is a dollar amount listed beside it. ( I had pulled up a chair by his desk as I sat and I was able to see a part of his screen). I ask if that is a warranty that they as a dealer provide and he hands me a brochure and says I can read it later. So I tell him no, give me a few minutes to look at it now and as i am reading I get the impression that it is an optional add-on that you can purchase. I asks him if this was so and he grudginly acknowledges yes. I also see that the price of the car on his screen is $17, 800 and I told him, Good Cop had told me $16, 000. He calls Good-Cop who denies this and pulls out a price list paper to say that is not the price he told me. I demanded my debit card back and left after wasting 3 hrs there. I am glad I took the opportunity to leave and come home to check complaints against them on the internet. I still can't believe how many I found.

i purchase a van at this place and it runs great. had it for 10 months now. Yes they say you are preapproved but you have to have a job with real pay stubs. Duh. As for them advertising Navigation and it not having it, maybe it wasn't the same advertised car. When i went there they had like 5 each of the same looking vehicles. Not checking the actual car you were going to buy BEFORE YOU SIGN is just plain stupid. Kings Auto Show has great cars, I even referred this place to my cousin, but every big purchase you make you just can't not look things over first. I hope you all learned your lessons.

Well I am an actual customer! i purchased a Mercedes Benz for thoes LOSERS! And they are LIARS! they advertised a car as being fully loaded complete with Navigation! Well after 3months or going back and fourth and ordering the Navigation DVD 3times finally figured out that it IN FACT DID NOT have navigation! I spoke with the Owner Bobby who told me "I don't sell devices I sell cars" oh and my absolute favorite "I'm not interested in happy customer! I'm interested in selling cars!" his words exactly! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and I am going to sue the hell out of them, as well as contacting the Attorney General! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE not even my worst enemy!

BEWARE! This guy sells cars under FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I bought a Car that his dealership listed as having Navigation however the car did not have Navigation and when I spoke to Bobby he told me "I don't sell devices I sell cars" there's nothing he could do, oh and my fav "I'm not interested in happy customers I'm interested in selling cars!

My sister and I went to Kings Auto Show and was shocked. First off my credit is not all that good so my sister was going to co-sign or get the car outright in her name. I filled out the application and was told to come in they could work with me. Got there, wow, place was filthy, the female staff looked like hookers and the men were bums, hell the AC didnt even work properly. After being totally lied to I decided to take my sister and her good credit and leave. I think there should be a law against companies that make false promises. They should be arrested, offered 1 yr in prison, get to court and the judge say; oops, made a mistake I meant 5 yrs lol.

I hope you guys don't believe everything you read. Check out these guys names- "Hates Kings Auto Show" and "Agrees" - this is some other dealer that signed up specifically to badmouth Kings Auto. Thats pretty low, but it doesn't matter.

What does matter is that I had no problem at Kings Auto Show. I took home one of those great looking cars "Agrees" pointed out (Infiniti M35) and its been running great for over a year. I'm no fan of used car dealers but these guys were pros, they had the right car, the right finance options, and they took care of me. They do have a service department, I took my son in to watch as they prepped the car for us the day we took it home. I came all the way out from NJ to buy from them and I'll probably do it again when its time to trade my M35 in.

I strongly agree. Stay away from this place if at all possible. They are extremely unprofessional, and are your typical shady used car dealership. Don't let the nice cars fool you. Most of their cars look great but have mechanical defects they won't tell you about. They don't even have a service department. Your better off going to some place more respectable. If your a fan of trashy service and throwing your money away then this is the place for you.
