Very unprofessional They don't deserve half a star I got called in for a service appointment and when I got to the dealership no advisor had no record of my appointment not to mention the advisor Jimmy Romano was very rude and uncaring whatever he was on the phone for was more important than me getting my car serviced overall I had to wait over 3 hours with kids for an oil change I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase services or a vehicle from this place

I took my car there to fix a cosmetic issue. Somehow jeff gordon messed up so bad they cut a wire so my car won't start and offered to fix it for 400 dollars. Dendi works in the car repair section and she was the rudest most condescending person I have ever met in a business. She rolled her eyes at me, talked down to me, and made it seem as if I was not worthy of her respect. She even had a disgusted look on her face anytime I talked. I will never go there for any reason whatsoever again. Worst mistake ever.
