Refused to issue Refund
The company charge $998.00 to promte and sell my timeshare. The contract showed that this amount would be refunded if the property was not sold within 180 days and a written request was submitted.
The contract was signed 5-2-2009. Refund was requested by me November 24. 2009. and several times via fax #[protected]. No reply was forthcoming.
Fraud
Well, I sent my refund letter in three weeks ago and I got it back in the mail yesterday, unopened and bearing a big yellow sticker on the front that reads, "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward." I tried calling Interval this morning and their main customer service line is "Temporarily Disabled." How convenient for them! I...
