Scammers! Be careful, they seem cheap but then they charge you over the top for ridiculous things and never explain properly what for, never refund, very poor customer service if any.

They cancelled my 7 year NCB 2 years ago after only one claim, put up my premium. Later when I recently changed my European licence to a British one they put up my premium again saying i am classified as a new driver which was a lie and "if i don't pay over the phone NOW they'll cancel my current NCB" which was another lie as they had no right to do so. They later said "Oh we meant this year NCB not last year one" which was another lie.
When i emailed them and said I was not happy with this they did not even respond for weeks and then just refused to return the excessive payment and did not even explain what it was for. I then cancelled my insurance with them and they would not even send me my current NCB. Absolute liars, scammers. Be careful.

I have been with the this company for almost 3 years, now out of the blue they failed to take a payment out of my account (not my fault), so they sent me an email saying that my payment failed and i need to call them or they will cancel my policy. So i called them and asked them what had happened and they said they were unable to collect the payment and i would have to pay an extra charge of £20 (which is crazy), i then explained that i am moving and i will need to change over my address. So i made the payment and the lady on the phone said that someone would call me to finalise the address change. Today i get an email that my policy has been cancelled, so icalled them and they said i need to pay £116.80 in order to get my policy back up with the new address.

This is not the first time i am reading up about this company.
They are a small little room with people in running this business.
I cancelled with them and told them i will be joining a proper insurance company. Becarefull of this company.
