Hotstar reviews and complaints

Hi,
I took the subscription on Hotstar for 1 month. Instead of charging $19.99, it charged on my credit card $99.99. When I called them they said at their end they are seeing yearly subscription and they charged $99.99. I told them several times that's this is not my fault. When I took the subscription for 1 month how it get converted to yearly subscriptions. They refused to return the excess money back. This is fraud and frustrating.

Yesterday I seen the winner list on hotstar app of the online game show of Sabse Smart Kaon the winner name of episode 18 was Ramesh Kumar Sehgal on DT 4th July points shows 72300 but when I see on today 5th July the has been changed now it's show Parvez Khan And the points are72050 ...So you are requested to please look into the matter and clear me.thanks ...Ramesh Kumar Sehgal ID is [protected]@gmail
