Cancellation of sale
I cancelled a sale on Monday, 19 September 2022.
I asked for a refund slip and was told that I would get an SMS the following day.
Tuesday, 20 September 2022, I phoned the sales person and informed her that I did not receive an SMS. She told me that the cancellation was not done therefore I did not receive the refund.
On Thursday, 22 September 2022, I phoned Quanita Parker again at the Milnerton branch. Again, she informed me that the cancellation was not done.
I will not recommend anyone to buy from a store that is giving such poor service.
Four days later, I am still waiting for my 6K.
Desired outcome: My money must be refunded asap.
Delivered cracked shelves french door fridge
We bought a 32k French door fridge freezer cash from Hirsh Centurion on 20 March 2020. Upon delivery discovered 4 cracked shelves. We physically went back to Hirsh and spoke to the parts- service manager Kigen to have the cracked shelves replaced. I picked up 4 replacement shelves from the store the day before lockdown started. I went back on 10 June when I noticed they were open again. Bobody from Hirsh called about the missing shelf or to pick up tge cracked shelves. It is 15 July and I still have the cracked shelves. No calls from Hirsh. Whenever we call we are told Kigen is unavailable. I have visited the store 3 times personally and shown pics to no avail. Hirsh ans the staff are the worst company ever. I would seriously discourage anybody to ever set foot in the showroom. They lie to you to your face
