Ce sont des arnaqueurs, mëme si on paie par paypal, on est pas protégé. J'ai reçu une poupée d'une valeur de 10 $ canadien et elle m'a coûté 65.98 $. On me demande de la retourner pour être rembourser et les frais de poste sont de 58 $ en plus postes canada ne peut plus envoyé de marchandise en malaisie
Ma carte de crédit peut rien faire parce qu'il y a une adresse de retour.

Salvador Remilyn de Guzman For real baby doll

This company had a advertisement on Facebook. They charged me$38.95 from my Pay Pal account. The doll was supposed to be a 12"doll and when it finally arrived it was a 7" doll. It was supposed to have hair and it didn't. This doll is nothing like the one advertised and really not worth the money I paid. I will send a photo with this showing what was ordered and what they sent me.

I received a full refund also after having to go back and forth with the "sending" company that Paypal put me in touch with through the Paypal Resolution site. All correspondence was done through this site.
Yes the company haggled over the refund amount until it got to the last day (that Paypal allows the case to stay open until) when I told them I was going to hand over the "file" to Paypal to deal with now ... then wa-lahhhh - the monies were repaid !

NB - They also wanted me to send the dolls back to China but I refused stating it was not my fault that they had sent me such a grossly wrong product ... and when, after keeping the packaging the products had sent to me in, could quote that the product had only been sent from within Australia ! Rip-off shonky thieves !

Hi. Same happens to me. The doll has been sent back to Malaysia but it seems to be a false return address too. What a scam ! Hope paypal will do his job and refund me...still waiting. I'll let you know. BR Anna from France

I was also scammed by this scumbag. Exact same piece of garbage as all the above photos! I complained many times to PayPal as I searched the seller and found all these complaints so I knew I was not going to get the gorgeous babydoll I purchased for my granddaughter! PayPal wrote to Salvadore and he offered $21USD refund which I begrudgingly accepted as I thought I might end up with nothing if I didn’t! I hope he is caught and others don’t purchase from him! No more Overseas purchases for me I’m afraid! It’s happened too many times now! Products are all garbage!

His email is no longer valid and the address that Paypal supplies is some hotel in Malaysia. They denied my claim because I could not return it. Was a piece of trash. Had been mailed directly to a friend in the US...In any case - I got a full refund from my credit card company through the bank. Keep at it. Paypal will refund if you can prove the email and address are wrong. Or go through your bank

I made the same mistake in ordering the reborn doll in JUly 2020.It took 2 months for the piece of rubbish to arrive. I lodged a dispute with PayPal. I then got responses from the scammers offering me $5, then $10 and then $15 at this point I asked PayPal to sort them out as it was not a negotiation as far as I was concerned. I then got a decision from PayPal telling me that I would get a full refund as soon as I posted the doll back to China & they acknowledged receipt of the doll. By this time I was absolutely fuming so I rang PayPal and spoke to a real person who then checked over my dispute while I waited on the phone. When he came back he offered me a full refund without returning the doll and lodged a complaint against the Company to stop them from utilising PayPal. I strongly suspect that the scammers have people working for PayPal who are employed not to fully support the purchasers.

I also purchased 2 of these dolls on the 16 June 2020 from Salvador and have not yet received them. This I know are coved times but this is a ridiculous postal period. I think time to complain to PayPal.

I too ordered a doll for $38.98 and used PayPal. Received the same doll as other's. Please see attachment. There is no way I would spend $38.98 for this doll! Are they out of their mind? $5 is the most I would spend, but even that is to much! Please send me what I originally ordered or refund me my money! If either is not received within the next week, I will get in touch with Better Business Bureau! Shame on y'all for thinking you can get away with it! You better get to know God, because he does not like thieves and he's going to pay you back with Karma!

By the way, I too purchased 2 reborn dolls and got the same piece of garbage others have received. seller offers to refund $3.00 US dollars as an apology for my dislike of the items he sent. He is taking advantage and no one is doing anything about it. Again, if you paid via Paypal Please contact them and let them know. a computer savvy can maybe get information on this individual and something can be done.

Salvador Remilyn de Guzman Electric branch scissors

Ordered Electric Branch Scissors in May 2020 off an ad that popped up on facebook, heard nothing. On 6/18/2020, emailed what was on my paypal as their contact and complained to them about not receiving them ([protected]@outlook.com). On 7/7/2020, I received cheep regular pruning clippers. I emailed the same email address I demanding a refund or that I would flood social media that they are a fraud. At this time, I did not google seller so didn't know they were a fraud company. I heard nothing, so I started a complaint with paypal on 7/10/2020 and then emailed the company the email I wrote to paypal:
To whom it may concern,
This is the email I just sent to paypal re: your scam. SHAME ON YOU for deceiving people, I hope they shut you down!

On May 26, 2020, I ordered the Electric Branch Scissors from an ad that popped up on facebook; which I can not find the ad anymore. On July 6th, I received this CHEEP regular pruning clippers from China (see package picture below). I emailed on July 7th the same email address that was on my paypal as their contact ([protected]@outlook.com) and complained to them and demanding a refund; I have not received one. I started researching the company on the internet and found a few complaints (https://www.facebook.com/lynda.../posts/32396565527616) and (https://www.complaintsboard.com/salvador-remilyn-de...). This company is a scam and I requesting a refund. I'm hoping paypal can flag this company and not accept payments as well as someone to investigate this company and shut them down. The complaint through paypal went right to the seller (Salvador Remilyn de Guzman) and this is what they replied:
"Hello customer, We are so sorry that this item has not met your expectations. We suggest refund 6 USD to you, would you like to keep this item? Is that OK for you? Please let us know your opinions, if it's ok, we will handle the refund immediately. Waiting for your prompt reply. Best regards"
I replied:
ABSOLUTELY NOT! I DEMAND MY FULL REFUND for the FULL AMOUNT of $28.98! You can have these crappy clipper back, just PAY for me to return them as I REFUSE to pay for them to be shipped back! You are in the wrong here for deceiving people. If you do not refund my full amount, it is going to be pursued through PayPal!

Today they offered $12, so I replied the same email. Checking on the two links I have provided, you will read a lot of people being scammed by them with baby dolls, the clippers, a teddy bear, and an avitar doll. What I am understanding through my Paypal complaint process is complaints are going to seller to try to resolve this. They are offering way less. What I have read is others have accepted their offer for less $ just to be done with them. So the company is still making money off this scam and since it is settled then, no flags for this company is happening with paypal. Something needs to be done and I'm asking for help!

This mob in conjunction with Freedom Bloom are fraudsters I also was scammed with the electric pruners this order took 2 months to arrive I also got a cheap pair of secateurs I could buy from cheap as chips for $3.00. I guess the moral is do not buy from the Ch.inese make sure your purchases are in your own country so you have some regress

I paid $44.98 for the MOZA Smartphone Gimbal 3-Axis Handheld Stabilizer (buy 2 at 10% off and free shipping!) - advanced edition, what this crook sent me, was a mini tripod, nothing like the item I ordered..
I can see on this page, that this guy is ripping people off all over the place... I got an ongoing claim with paypal to try and get my money back..

Does anyone know where this guy lives?

Update on this...I have been getting emails everyday for 2 weeks from this Guzman character, offering me a partial refund, which i have said no to every time...Yesterday i got a message from paypal saying that if i send the items he sent me back, i will get a full refund...
So if he`s emailing you offering a partial refund, stick to your guns, and get the full amount back...

Salvador Remilyn de Guzman Missing battery-powered branch - cutters

I paid $48.99 for the above, through PayPal. When I'd heard nothing after two weeks, not even an order number, I contacted PayPal who told me they had sent my complaint to Salvador Remilyn de Guzman (presumably the supplier.). Then last week, PayPal told me "I had a message from SRG - please respond, but it was nothing more than the details of my complaint, which they would have sent to SRG. Then, today, arrives a package with TWO, cheap, ordInary pruning shears, which I could have bought in B and Q for £5 each. We're these meant to replace My $49. Power cutters?.?
No evidence on the package of its source, except that it's a Royal Mail label! Why the reference to dollars? I presume PayPal have the company details - I couldn't find the advert again!? I'm getting back to them. Not happy!👎

I was advised (by a fraud member at Paypal) to file a complaint (ic3) with the FBI then upload a copy of my form to Paypal. Then they will refund the money and close the case. Even if they don't follow through, it is worth filing to shut these people down.

Go to the Internet Crimes division of the FBI at www.ic3.gov and file a complaint.

This is what I ordered and what garbage was received. Paypal said they will no longer deal with them LOL...Right. Too little too late. They have known for months it is a scam site. There is also another under a different name that has all the same dolls listed on it.

Well i guess I should be added to the list. I bought two of the lifelike babies and received the tiny plastic dollar store babies too. I tried to email the seller and my email said it was an invalid address. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and we will see where it goes. If Paypal does not refund my money; I will not continue to use them. I wrote that they should ban this seller but evidently they wont as I see from your posts here.

Me too I join this long list after buying pruning shears, paypay advised me contact seller after not arriving, opened case with PayPal, guzman sent second pair claims covid played a part for not arriving, so I trusted him, paypal closed tthe case on the 12th July, the electric prunes turned up today the 28 th July, and turned into normal pruning shears I can ut on my own door step in the pound shop, pay pay as it turns out knows all about this con man and basicly boyed me off, thanks pal pay.. Consider us terminated.

Mr. Guzman may have just dabbled in the wrong sort of scam.

The item advertised (and ordered by me) was Star Wars The Child Animatronic Edition From Hasbro’s Star Wars Collection: The Child Animatronic Edition with sounds and motorized sequences. Online description: https://g.co/kgs/UoVCae

The item I received bears a slight resemblance to the item advertised, but is 6 inches in height, is solid, hard molded plastic, is not movable in any way, does not make any sound, and thus does not require batteries. See attached image.

It seems astonishing to me that PayPal continues to do business with this character! At what point do repeated demonstrations of fraudulent transactions warrant cessation of commercial activity?! I have only just reported my case to PayPal, so will base my decision of continuing to use their services on their response to my complaint.

In any case, I am going to sick the corporate enforcers of both Disney (which now owns the Star Wars brand) and Hasbro (which owns the merchandising rights to the Star Wars brand, and manufactures the actual toy in question) on Mr. Guzman and his company in Malaysia. Hopefully, between these two behemoths, Mr. Guzman and his nasty enterprise will shortly be brought to justice.

Baby Yoda scam He and Paypal scammed me too when they decided in his favor! Same exact situation and bait and switch that you got. What can I do next? Will you share the addresses you mailed complaints to after paypal denied your refund? Also, since the ad was on facebook, did you contact them? I am an old lady that lives on Social Security and cannot believe the level of dishonesty here!

Guzman has since emailed me saying that this is not the correct address for returns, and if i can`t intercept the package, they cannot do the refund...I told paypal this, and they say not to worry, and i`ll get my refund...So just deal with paypal, and ignore this crook.

I too ordered the "reborn doll" from Facebook through PayPal with
Salvador Remilyn de Guzman (rudfdrjoi827@outlook.com) being the payee. I tried contacting the company (gooddealsus.com) directly to request a refund but am getting the run-around. They are saying they don't have an order from me even though I have sent copies of the order number, email confirmation and payment receipt. I am filing a claim with PayPal immediately and notifying Facebook as well.

How do we report this seller through facebook and the internet to get them shut down. What I am understanding through my Paypal complaint process is my complaint went to seller to try to resolve this. They are offering way less. You go through the Federal Trade Commission. They have a website and everyone needs to file a complaint on the company. I"m getting my full amount back because I denied their first offer but have to return the crap back and it has to be postmarked by a certain day. I pain in the butt, but I can get all my money back through paypal.
