extremely dangerous product
I also have had the same experience as it seems as quite few consumers. These things are a fire hazard and I too i'm looking for a refund at the very least and will do my best to make sure everyone I know will hear of my experience with this extremely dangerous product.. I was awakened by the smell of the this fire hazard heating up the outlet to the point it was smoking thanks in advance, i'm awaiting a message on what you need and how to proceed

The heater scorched the outlet as you can see in the photo I attached and the cord near the prongs seems to be melting (see photo). Very scary scenario. I am glad I caught this in time or it could have caused a fire and loss of property and even worse, the loss of lives. I've tried to contact the company with the information given on the back of the unit...
