HIGHTAIL failure to respond to request for refund

I had been using Hightail from before it changed its name from YouSendIt. Last year I no longer needed their services and cancelled their service. Yesterday, August 21, 2017, I discovered they had been paid for a year's renewal through Paypal automatic payments. My fault for not remembering I had them on auto pay and canceling that as well. But two requests yesterday for a refund have gone unanswered and I have sent a third request today.

HIGHTAIL Took money without my authorization

I’m sick of the scammers from the company HIGHTAIL [protected]. They started to charge me a year ago. They took about $13 per months. I searched for their contact info and nothing. I don’t understand where they from and how to get them. Please, if someone knows something, post this info here. I really want to stop these withdrawals. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.

On the phone with American Express Fraud Department now. Never heard of this company and they have charged my account $10 for the last two years

I just noticed the same thing with an italian bank post account... 14 euros a shot...I will take this to the post tomorrow and see whats up. hope you got yours sorted out, let me know
