Ref. booking #538400. On August 3rd 2020. I was given the wrong itinerary. Not what I purchased. Called back your customer rep immediately after. I was told by Angelica and Andrew that it will be refunded. And/Or my charge credited. I expect this matter to be taken resolved asap. In the amount of $194.10
