I would have given no stars if there's an option. It's such an appalling service with no value to the customers. Their number goes on hold forever and disconnects now.
Not sure if they are still in the business. None of them (Shivam, Tarvinder, Sonam) had any professional attitude or valued their customers. Apparently their owner (Inder) doesn't care either.
They follow a simple trick and blame the airlines for everything like refunds/cancellations/additional fees/charges/fare difference where that's not the case always. I have verified this with the Airline directly.
If anyone is waiting for a refund from them it's highly unlikely you will get them. I believe there are many customers affected as well.
If you are all in the same situation we could get collectively and do something. I would also suggest everyone to raise it with the consumer affairs.
With more complaints it may be taken much more serious.
I wish they face legal charges for what they are doing to the customers. Is there anyone looking at legal options?
Any other suggestions welcome.

Absolute scammers who will take your cash and hold onto it for months.

I had to cancel a flight due to medical reasons, Had all the correct documents for cancelation. Transferring dates was not an option they told me. My friend who booked directly with emirates changed his flight at no charge.
I then had to wait 4 months for a refund, but that was after 4 weeks of constantly calling and emailing them weekly and daily to get the results.

Website SAYS cancellation fee's of up to $250 dollars which is fine, I got charged $500 cancellation fee even after I told them there website says a lower amount. Never got back to me with a formal cancellation document so I can claim the outstanding difference on travel insurance.

Nightmare, recommend booking with anyone but these guys or in my case next time I am going to book directly with Emirates
