flight ticket
This is worst travel agency I have ever seen no body should book flight from this company. They also operate as travel jockey. 10 days before on 11th october, we booked our tickets to india (london to delhi) using this ezeeflights.com. They sent us a travel iterinary and kept on calling until we gave our credit card information. They promised us that they will send a money paid confirmation and e ticket as soon as they receive a payment.
But, once they got payment they never come back with payment confirmation or ticket. We tried to contact them through email, phones for next 10 days. Even if we got through some body they promise us ticket will be sent to us in next 2 days, by coming monday definitely or by tomorrow etc, all false verbal promises. But nothing happened and we have not yet got any booking reference or etickets nothing.
Please noone should ever book tickets with this fraud company. I wish I had read this review earlier and could save my 2500 gbp : (

Worst airline ticket sales company I've ever come across, they offer you cheaper tickets, you try to pay they send you a weird link that you pay home (instead of paying the company) then some days (sometimes less than 24 hours) they tell you that the flight is canceled or the offer is no longer available, then they directly offer you another ticket or you have to add 200 or 300 $, then they cancel it again at less than 24 hours then te yet another $ 100 or $ 200; and if you go to the site of the transport company you see the ticket more cheaper but they refuse to give you the difference.
They are very dishonest people because there is never someone on the end of the line to answer you and the emails they almost never answer except to tell you the money.
we must absolutely denounce them and avoid them as much as possible
