Global Sun Pools reviews and complaints

I found their website, which looked pretty good. I submitted a request for a quote and received a call from a man that sounded like my inquiry was a huge imposition. Then, because I'm not the homeowner (I do live here), he couldn't even give me a quote so I could pass it to the homeowner for consideration (the homeowner is out of state and in the process of permanently moving here). After seeing the various complaints on here, I think I'll pass on this company, as they seem to continually pass the buck, offering no type of apology or accountability for any of the dissatisfied customers. I'm sure they will reply to my complaint with some type of end user agreement/legal jargon in a weak attempt to "satisfy" the complaint, but the reality is that they will continue to lose customers. It's so difficult to find a decent company nowadays. I bet their website won't display any of the reviews found on THIS site!

My husband called yesterday inquiring about price. They said the will come to the house to give us a quote, they schedule us for 5:30pm. It was and hour later and they did not show or even have the dignity to call to let you us know if they were running late or not coming. So my husband called back and they told him that the person that was coming to our home to give us a quote was not working that day. The said we can reschedule for the next day for 5:30 which we did. They end up canceling on us again. I mean, this is how they do business? It's so unprofessional!
