Terrible product
I have no complaint about Interstate, but I am really upset about the windows installed in my house that is only 9 yrs old. Every window has had to be replaced. I think its ridiculous that I've had to pay for the replacement glass for over 25 windows. Plus pay shipping and handling. These windows were defective from the beginning. They started to go bad...

Serious window condensation
I moved into a brand new home about 2 months ago. Now that the weather has changed and it is much cooler/colder outside, I am experiencing a huge problem with condensation.
