FNC Insurance Agency Making late mortgage payments

Just discovered that this company (which has been drafting my checking account twice a month for 6 years) has been paying my mortgage late, resulting in late charges and reports to the credit bureaus. Numerous phone calls (to non-English -speaking people) have gotten me nowhere. They deny paying late, except for the present month. They're having "issues" there, and "have had many calls because of late payments". They promise that the payment and letter of explanation to the mortgage company will be sent "next week" at the latest. "Next week" has been going on for 3 weeks now. In the meantime, the mortgage company is sending another bad report to the credit bureaus.
In 42 years of marriage, we've never had a black mark on our credit, and now, have been reported 5 times since April.

I have no idea how to deal with the credit companies to have this rectified, since FNC won't admit to being late except for this last month.

The only reason we signed up with these people was convenience, and by paying twice a month, the mortgage is payed off faster. Needless to say, when this is cleared up, I'll be sending my own checks to the mortgage company, and I'll never deal with these people, or anyone like them again.

FNC Insurance Agency Bi-weekly mortgage payment plan

This plan offered by FNC/Citimortgage seemed good at first. My wife and I enrolled, and they began deductions applying them to the current month's balance. A few months into the plan, we found ourselves in a position to suspend the plan deductions. We started the plan back up the following month after making our mortgage payment ourselves. When the deductions began again, they were not applied to the current month's balance as they were when the plan was implemented. This resulted in us falling a month behind in our mortgage because they deducted what was necessary for us to make the payment, and they held it for the following month. When I contacted them, they did not offer ant resolution, they simply stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I have tried to be responsible during this housing crisis, and companies such as this one make the responsible parties suffer just as much as those that incurred bad mortgages. Very bad business practices, and horrible customer service.

I was looking for the phone number of FNC since my loan was transferred and I had no idea so many people had complaints against them.
I called customer service to find out if anything could be done about up-ing the payment of my biweekly loan payment.
My loan payment has been late every month since my loan was sold from Citimortgage to Mr. COoper.
The customer service person was so rude!
I believe she was from another country and perhaps FNC is outsourcing their customer service to another country. May, the customer service person said there was nothing she could do and if I didn't like it to pull my business!

This is the worst company to deal with I will never deal with them again ever. I will give you a little back ground. My payments for my Citi bank Mortgage was set to come out of my Wife account through FNC Insurance agency bi weekly . Well July 2nd my wife passed away and doing my due diligence I had her account frozen and I had to make the August payment through my account. Now FNC had taken half the payment out of my wife's account already. so they owed my half a payment. In the mean time I payed the original loan off and got a different one through a different bank. Now comes the Stupidity FNC sends me and my wife a check for what they owe us. To bad she is deceased. So I call them and tell them the situation. Long of the short of it I need to send a death certificate( fine) not a problem, But now comes the really stupid part . they are going to hold my money, this is August by the way, for another month even if they have all the paperwork because they can not re issue a check till after it has been issued for 30 days. So I have to re visit this issue in a month to get it resolved. witch putts added aggravation and stress on me while dealing with raising my 3 kids on my own. The truth is this . This company gets to hold on to the money for another 30 days gaining interest on it for the next 30 days. I now it does not seem like much but how many clients do they have ? and how often does someone die? add all that up then you have some numbers. Also Citi Bank will not do anything to help since it is a 3rd part( sub-contractor) . I work construction and we have some subs . If they screw up I take care of it and hold them accountable . all these people are doing is blaming the other and blaming it on Policy. this is crap and this is not the last complaint I will be issuing.

I start with Citi Mortgage about 4 months ago on bi-weekly payment plan, this week they came in and took extra $615 without any notice and now i am having hard time getting an straight answer from them, very bad customer service

I was contacted by Citimortgage for this plan too. The way they presented the plan to me was very attractive, indeed, an important interest savings during the remaining period of my mortgage. Yet, they do not authorize you to have any early payment of the loan, i.e., during 5 years and 9 months. It means that they secure the interest and terms you are paying now without giving you the authority to refinance or else with another bank. At a time when most existing loan are at a rate much above the current market rates, this is a plus for Citimortgage. The bi-weekly plan authorizes them to withdraw from your bank account payments every 14 days, while under the terms of the existing loan you have until the 15th day of the month to pay without being charge of any penalty. In other ewords, at least 17 days of interest on your balance they will be ensuring.
I would strongly advise anyone to look for a refinancing of their loans at this time.
