Lack of residential support
I have been trying to reach Maintenance and connect with someone from the "local office" for the past three days regarding a faulty furnace, but to no avail. Every person I speak with assures me that the issue will be escalated or that I need to wait for the local office to follow up, yet nothing happens. This situation is unacceptable.
While you enjoy the comfort of your homes, my family and I are left cold and uncomfortable without a working furnace. Despite paying my rent on time, often early, this issue remains unresolved. I trust that God will protect us, but I urge you to do better by us.

First Key Homes is the worst ever company to rent from. I overlooked the first initial complaint of not having someone there the date of move in. But come to find out the the person who was to do the inspection before move in did not even do the inspection. He did the inspection when he came to unlock the door on move in day. We gave him the complaints. He did not write anything down. He said that he could remember and took pictures with his phone.
The customer services sucks. No one department is ever responsible for whatever issues who are having. They will continue to transfer you to this person or that person. They always say that it's being escalated and nothing ever gets resolved.
The suppose to be property manager Ariane Williams is not a good one. As she is never responsive to the issues. Overall, FIRST KEY HOMES just sucks. HONESTLY!

First key homes are terrible rental company. We are currently renting with first key, ever since we moved we always had an issues. They have terrible customer service who doesn’t even speak English well. Maintenance are terrible, sometimes have to wait forever to get something done.
