First Key Homes review: Everything

First key homes are terrible rental company. We are currently renting with first key, ever since we moved we always had an issues. They have terrible customer service who doesn’t even speak English well. Maintenance are terrible, sometimes have to wait forever to get something done. Our latest issues is that first key failed to pay our electricity bill even tho we have paid our portion every 1st of the month. Since first key is the one who handles utilities, we paid them rent and utilities and first key pays duke energy. We have lost power yesterday at 11:15, duke energy disconnected our power due to first key fails to pay duke. More than 24 hours we still don’t have power. Made numerous phone calls,

Keep telling me the issues is resolved, however still no power. We have lost 400$-500$ worth food in our fridge and freezer.

They are terrible from customer services to maintenance to property management which we have no ability to contact any local menagem t.

Do not rent with first key ever.
