botched return and refund for damaged item
I ordered several items on April 11. Received them in a timely manner, however one item, a shower bar, was received damaged. The finish was chipped and scratched, and it was obvious this had happened before shipping. I contacted them about replacing this item, and returning another item, a wall connecter, that I did not need after all. They say you will receive return authorization within 3 days, however it was 3 days for one item, and 4 days for the other. I shipped both items back, and they were both received on May 6. 8 days later, they finally processed the return for the shower bar. However, instead of sending me a replacement, they refunded my money. I sent an email asking for an explanation, and did not receive any response. 2 weeks after they received the connecter, they "processed" my refund. Their website showed it had been refunded, however 4 days later, my paypal account still did not reflect this. I contacted them thru live chat, and though I politely expressed my extreme frustration with their poor customer service, the csr's attitude was basically, oh well. I have had to purchase the shower bar again, and hopefully I receive it in good condition this time. Either way, I won't be using this company again.

Very dissatisfied. My original order was for a couple of bath faucets in brushed nickel finish. I paid for 2 day shipping for this product but however got it in 4 days. That was OK as it did not delay my project too much. However when I got the faucets they were in the chrome finish. Setting up an order for replacement and first day shipping and free return...
