on the 13th of July 2016 at 16:58:12 i purchase 2 black skirt (school uniform) for the age of 9-10 at Fashion 4 u Hazyview branch, i bought it for my kids but only to find out that the sizes are small it doesn't fit my kids, i then on the 14th went back to fashion 4 u to exchange the goods at about 16:40 i found that they had already closed due to stock taking . i also went there on the 15th still the shop was closed, then i didn't had any choice but to buy another skirts from other shop because on the 18th they had to wear their uniform as school was re-opening .

furthermore i went to fashion 4 u on the 18th July 2016 to get my refund as i no longer need those skirts i had already bought ones, when i get there to get my refund they told me that they don't do refunds i must to take something for the same amount with those skirts. due to what they said to me i found it difficult because i did not want anything else but my refund.

i wish you can assist me get my money back i cant buy something that i don't want or not in need of. what they have done to me is totally wrong unfair market practice.
