Straw Tote
Last summer my son purchased the straw tote from Christian Louboutin at Neiman Marcus. After a few weeks, I noticed the tote was fraying on the bottom and my things were slipping out. I went back to the store and they said nothing they can do. We paid $600.00 for a tote that lasted a few weeks. I also called Christian Louboutin customer service and was basically told “too bad” you didn’t buy it from our store. It’s a real shame that the quality is so poor.

Brandnew Louboutin bag broke after a week
My husband bought me a Christian Louboutin Sybil Tote 2, 5 years ago and if i say i used the bag not more than 4 weeks all together than believe me i'm not exaggerating. I've returned the bag 3 times back to the shop and every time there was something wrong or it broke again after 5 days or they repaired it the wrong way. And this last time i just had it with it and demanded another bag. No more "Sybil" for me. Another 6 months passed by and finally i received a call from the shop where i bought my bag that Louboutin never coöperated so they ended the retailship with Louboutin and i should call Louboutin my self. So i did. All they could offer me was to repair it again after 2, 5 years of missery with their bag. This is the worst service i've ever seen.
What's going on over there?
You should offer the service that goes with the price you're asking for your products.

How unprofessional and unhelpful were the staff at motcomb street branch of c l. I bought my shoes in las vegas wore them once and the heels inner leather came away fron the shoe and buckled up. I was firstly told to take them back to vegas and that they were unable to help because i'd purchased them abroad. Then they insisted i pay £50 in courier charges or take them down to london [i'm in derbyshire]. I did get them to london. I was told to collect them on the day of the royal wedding and when i queried this they told me they would be open. Oh shock horror - they were closed. I did eventually get them back by courier service but if i had not been in to received them the phone number on the package was wrong. . This took 2 months to sort out with endless phone calls and emails and a trip to london. .

The same thing happened to me! I ordered Jimmy Choos. I got an email saying the shipment was delayed. I asked directly if they were fake and got no response. Mine too, are a cheap imitation of the real thing. The colour is wrong, the sizing is wrong and the shoes are squashed as was the box. I too, emailed them immediately demanding a refund and got no response. I am AUD $230 in the hole and can't even get rid of them on ebay. I can't wear them either because the sizing is wrong.
I ordered some shoes online and I never received them! I called the number that I was provided with and I very weird chinese lady answered me with very vague and not satisfying answers! I asked for a refund of it and she wouldn't give me a full refund or send shoes as I was supposed to! I'm really scare that this is a FAKE web side!

Low Quality
Purchased a pair of Christian Louboutin Miss Botte Tack boots for EUR 845 in Brown Thomas. After two wears (out to dinner) the leather at the toes had worn away. I bought what I thought was a superior product & they need repair after two short wears - NOT ACCEPTABLE. The store are telling me that because the leather is such a high grade it wears away quicker than normal. Ridiculous!!!
