Refund requested several times
Etix sold tickets for an event called Edgefield Brewfest, originally scheduled for June 26th. I purchased two tickets. This event was then rescheduled to July 10th due to extreme heat. However, I had previously scheduled out of town plans. I, then, submitted a refund request (#[protected]), and have not heard back. I sent two follow up emails. I've also tried calling three times, and I've left my phone number on their system several times, which indicated that I would be called back in the order the calls are received. I even sent them a tweet for help and still no response. Thank you.

Refund for a cancelled show
I had tickets to a show for April, received an email in March that it was cancelled and to allow 30 days for a refund. It is now December, no refund and no response from the company after all attempts to contact them. I have the original purchase email, and the cancelation email. I have also talked to several other people who also have not received refund...

I had tickets for a show in May, which was understandably cancelled due to COVID-19. So on July 9th, I received an email saying a refund will be issues within 30 business days. Well I waited that time, and still no refund. So I send them an email... received no response. Waited another 30 days, and still nothing. I sent them another email, as well as messaging them on social media, and still no response from them. The promoter of the show, After Dark Presents, said to me that I should've gotten the refund already. Now it's September 30, almost three months after the initial refund was issued, and I still have not seen the refund. After a few phone calls, and essentially a two hour hold, I finally got through to a representative so stated something along the lines of that "the order is still processing and that's the most up-to-date information we can give you." I restated my concern and she repeated the phrase the same exact was as if reading a script, with no sympathy or apology. I don't think I'm ever going to see this refund.

Purchasing tickets for concert through etix
PLEASE read the small print. This companies WEB page is built to deceive. The tickets were displayed so that a lower price ticket is plainly stated that it is a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket. The higher price tickets had no mention of GENERAL ADMISSION. I ordered the higher price ticket assuming I was buying assigned seats. I was wrong, they are also General Admission. Their WEB states 100% Satisfaction, yes they are satisfied that the scalped me for $100 more per ticket than I could buy at the door! They refused to refund my money only 30 minutes after I purchased the tickets.

Ticket refund/cancelled concet
I purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for a concert that was canceled. The amt of $24.04 was refunded to me. I also purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for the same concert, the amount was $28.54 and after numerous requests for a refund for this amount, I have been totally ignored, no phone call have not been returned. I will never use Etix again because of the totally lousy service I have received from them.
