Fraud
Emirates Marketing Management, Ajman - UAE is doing inappropriate practice and cheating job seekers and recruitment agencies. They are putting advertisement in Gulf News mentioning that they will require Security Guards, Cleaners (easily available candidates) and they need manpower from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India (where candidates are ready to join immediately and bulk candidates can be found easily). They are issuing fake Demand Letters to recruitment agencies and telling them that this is free recruitment and they will pay one month salary of candidate to recruitment agents after successful deployment of candidates.
After issuing fake Demand Letter, they ask recruitment to pay AED 100 per candidate as typing fees to speed up the process. This 100 dh is refundable after issue of visa. As they are issuing demand of 150 to 200 candidates, they collect 15000 dh to 20000 dh from recruitment agents and give them receipt also. They ask recruitment agent to sign a form as a formality. It is registration form where it is mentioned that registration fees is non-refundable. If recruitment agent ask them that they are paying for typing (not for registration), they they tells that it is a formality only.
After receipt of payment they ask one week time to provide IN Number of typing documents. After one week if recruitment agent contact they again request for one week. In such way they waste the time of recruitment agents. They inform recruitment agents that typing is almost done and within a day or two they will provide IN Numbers. After 3 to 4 weeks they tell that their client's Trade License is expired hence they cannot proceed further and they will not return the money because recruitment agent has signed registration form where it is mentioned that fees is non-refundable.
It is totally illegal and fraud. They issue demand letter on their company letterhead and there is nowhere mentioned that the visa will be issued by their client.
They ask money for typing (not for registratoin)
If recruitment agent pressure them then they inform that they are calling few candidates on visit visa and their visa will be transferred to employment visa upon arrival, but this is only in words...no action is taken.
They stop receiving calls from recruitment agents and if recruitment agent send their representative to their officel they dont allow him to meet their managers.
They clearly telling that they will not return money at any cost.
They are putting advertisement in Gulf News everyday (classifieds).
JOB SCAM: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THEM
THEY TELL YOU, YOU HAVE GOTTEN A JOB AND THEY ASK YOU TO PAY MONEY FOR APPLICATION FEE. THE JOB IS FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!

thanks for this website. i am scheduled for 2nd interview tom, and everything that i read here is true, they are asking 400dhs from me and they already got 100dhs yesterday. Im really having doubts about this company thats why i checked their profile through google and then i saw this website. its a big help to those who are unaware of this illegal systems.

I saw a call centre vacancy...that too 10 numbers...i went there...she told some cajoling questioins...then atlast she asked 100 dhs...when i told i dont have she asked how did i come...i told i came with my frnd...she told then go and ask him...i told he also dont have...,

The is an Ad today from the same company Emirates Marketing Management for the position of a Customer Service Executive. I was just browsing to check the Company Profile when I came across this website. As mentioned they have a Landline and Mobile number mentioned in the Ad.

I also Got same massage from them, Please read my storry about them, I think you all have same experience,
One day I saw a AD in Gulf news a job vacancy for Receptionist cum Costomer care officer, I call the land line number and ask about the vacancy, but the lady who is ansered to me he told that on news paper there is a Mobile number so please call that number if you can, okkey, I call the mobile number and one Girl answerd she indroduce me that My name is Jessy, and How I can I Help you sir, I ask about that vacancy she told me that pls com directly with 100 dhs + your CV(our registration fees only, you dont want to pay anymore money, and your job is in our hand, )
Next day I go there and met the girl, she told me that Your CV is shortlisted, and If you selected with in two days our HR Manager will contact you and he will make a final interview with you, your salary will be 4500 dhs, + annual leave + 8 hrs duty + friday and saturday off + family Visa + Transportation + food + Freezone Visa.
With in 2 days One man called me and said that your final interview booked at tomorrow 9 am please come with your CV, and after interview If you selected you should give us 2 colour phots and your Passport copy + 300dhs for the last payment for our service.
I met the man next day, he ask some Nursery questions after he told me that "congrats u got job, your salary limited to 5000 + other all allowances, I am also happy, and I asked him, what is the company name? what is the location and other questions also, he explained about company and other all my doubts he cleared with beautiful answers. (it is Emirates group, and will show in braket as manufactering company, but actually we have lot of group, If you dont like to work with this same job either we will return your 400 dhs or we will offer other position, then I also very happy because infront of me he make a receipt for my 300 dhs, I thought that fake company will not make any receipts so I gave him 300 dhs and after that he told me that the comming wednesday the company PRO wiill call you to meet him, and the same day you will get offer letter, then you can join immediately with our company.
Wednesday, I received call from him, he told me go and meet (so and so) today and start your job. I go there meet the person and told about this all storry, he is laughing, and he told me that you are cheated, because 50% is correct. we have job vacancy for Sales (catch people for Share market) and we giving AD on Gulf news about that vacancy, last day somebody called us and said that we have some people like to work with you, can we send them, Then I agree. thats all, and he said also "my dear friend, If you intrested to join with Sales section you can work with us, and other storries we dont know about them"
this is my experience, not a fake storry, So dear friends, Dont give your valuable money to any one before you get offer letter from the responsible person from Company. and onething you do, If you need job please search news papers and dont search job with agency.

and pls...stop calling the employees names which shows your real standard..they are someones sister, some ones wife, some ones mother.have a lil respect for the women..
why is it that if there is any consultancy in the uae. ppl start abusing and disgracing it to the core.? cant coompanies be also for real and genuine? ppl pay for services nt for jobs..employment is obtained by their own ability..atthe time of the crisis ppl much much attention to getting a job nt losing money..si got a very good offer frm them recently and will be soon changing my visa status ..all thnks to them..so b4 u say anything abt any company pls be sure to dig deeper into getting hard core facts..
