Docwellid No service was provided

Today 21 January 2023 I called a number I thought was the gas company. I was calling to get my account number to set up auto pay. I'm not sure how I got Docwellid. The person on the other end was of India accent. I explained why I was calling. He asked my address, phone, bday. No account number yet. I don't recall everything said but then he asked for my card information. Still no account number for gas company. He read a bunch of stuff I couldn't understand as he read so quickly. He gave me a confirmation number and said I wouldn't be charged anything. I'm yelling, what about my account number!? He said I'd get it when I called the other number he gave me which I had to give the confirmation number and hung up. I called that fake number and it was some information phone number, like a phone book. I hung up and dialed the gas company number again, this time getting the REAL gas company. She told me I hadn't spoken with them since last year 2021 August. I immediately blocked my card. Too late. They charged me 9.95. I believe I have been targeted for an easy scam as I was scammed badly just last week. People are horrible. Can't believe or trust anyone.

Docwellid Nothing

Yes 9.95 was takin out of my account without my approval I ask very respectfully to put it back that's my rent and I need every dime please and thank you

I was charged $9.95 on my debit card which I did not authorize. when I tried to contact this company listed as docwell on my bank statement i was never able to speak to a live representative. I got numerous recordings and different phone numbers to call which resulted in no response. I was given the following phone numbers [protected] and1-[protected]...

I never provided My card information so where did they get that and all they asked me was my name and address for job case with someone whining about not getting a job after interviews of which I said nothing. tell me I viewed my bank account an a charge was on it from DocWell Id. shoot these people.To even know they had my email address via American Red Cross is in question.
