Drama Fever Charge of $99.99 USD

I tried the 7-Day free Trial this month, but made sure to cancel it before the deadline which I did. But they charged me $99.99 USD, without my notice. I've tried contacting them but they still haven't replied. I need this to be refunded because it's a lot of money wasted on something that I cancelled and don't watch often.

Drama Fever took USD999.99 for my visa card

I signed up for free trial on drama fever last august or september i think i dont remember, and after that i cancel my subcription because i did not watched it, and you took USD99.99 from my credit card that i cancel it already, why you billed me for that, that i did not watch that damn drama, please return my USD99.99 from my visa, also you did not remind me that you billed, it was took last november 17, 2012 that was expensive because i will pay that in Yen, i want to call you but i dont know where to contact you, this a big trouble for me if my husband know this.. please i need your quick responce..

Their website is so faulty that they the cancellation page wouldn't load completely which led my free trial to end before I could even cancel. I hope they respond to emails as soon as possible.

I registered on Drama Fever website two months ago. They gave me access to their site and I used it for some time. Suddenly I noticed that they made another charge of $99. I wanted to know the reason as they never said a word about additional payments. No one answers the phone or emails.

I cannot delete my card from my account and I have canceled my subscription. I need a way to delete it now. Please respond as soon as possible.
