I called to book a hotel room and had to cancel due to it being the wrong hotel address I needed. I called back to cancel/correct. August 8, 2019- I received a charge of $105.00 on my credit card. I do recall making a charge on that date. I tried to contact the name and company as it was shown on my credit card statement and could not reach anyone. I tried twice and got an automated response and could not talk to a person to explain my question. So I guess that I have to make a complaint. Can you help me? Sincerely, George Kirby
