Desjardins Card Services Leon's visa

Desjardins is telling me I owe them money. Back in December 2021 I over paid what I owed on bother the Visa and Leons furniture side however, when I called them on this and they sent me statements, it shows Desjardins never applied the money to pay off both sides of the credit card. In fact, it doesn't show them applying even the full amount I sent them. So with statements in hand I called and spoke to a supervisor who said they would rebalance the account and send me new detailed statements. I have instead received a missed payment letter and what looks like a poor attempt at an Excel spreadsheet moving my payments around to fit their story.

Desired outcome: I want the supposed amount owing wiped out, and corrected report to credit bureau.

From start to finish, this company has shown their disdain for their customers. In 2010 I was doing a major renovation on my home and Got a Rona credit card. This is actually a Desjardins Credit card. It was billed as a no payment no interest for X # of months. It was not explained that it was actually a 2 tiered card that only purchases over $300 qualified...
