Refund
I bought at Prospecton DBN tiles for R1860 and I paid via EFT and made it to be cleared same time, when I got into the shop I was told that the funds are not cleared as yet on their side I paid again using my card, they told me I will be refunded the R1860. I told Mr Nkosi who was the sales person that I wont be able to come back to the Prospecton branch because I stay at Dbn North and he said it fine I can collect the refund at Springfield branch, on the 28th I called Springfield to check if the refund was ready they told me they wont be able to assist me, I must call Prospecton to have it sorted out, I called Prospecton branch again they told me NOOOO Springfield should refund me they will credit them to refund me, I called Springfield branch again on the 29th and they still told me No arrangement was made with them and they wont refund me I have to go back to Springfield branch... Today is the 30th and there is still no solution to my issue when ever I call these 2 shops they both promise to call me back but neither of them call me back, until I phone and make a follow up only not to be assisted, After being a CTM client for so long is this the best treatment I deserve?
Can someone escalate this issue for me, my debit orders need to go off on the 1st

CTM Pinetown does not assist black customers
I went today to buy some things with a friend of mine, when we got there there was a guy at the counter with a customer and he went on the speaker and called somebody to help us and then he proceeded to help his customer and nobody came, we stood there for a sweet 15 minutes and then my friend started walking arround to see if there was anybody but there was nobody at the floor and then a lady came to the counter and ignored us, there were white folks there by this time and she assisted them and when a guy came she yelled at him and told him to go and help the other white lady that was there and then when we told her we have been waiting for a long time she yelled at us now and told us somebody will come or we should just go and get what we are looking for oueselves and obviously we couldn't because we don't work with tiles and when the guy finally came he was irritated and was frowning at us and then told us he didn't have change. i am black and proud to be black but to be discriminated against and to be unattended was just uncalled for.

Stay far away from them
After a long hassle and difficulty, we managed to get them to refund us due to an error on their path. And now another bad experience and difficulty to have my money refunded. We went to the store on the 2 October 2009, which was one week ago with my bank card which they swiped and said that it was all sorted out and gave us a credit note. One week past, and im still waiting for the refund. i phoned to query this but no one answers the telephone. So i sent an email and they responded with incorrect information. They are now making an excuse once again and saying that i did not present my card which is wrong. They swiped my card and gave me a credit note.They did not give me a courtesy call to even inform me that they did not process my refund as they assured me when i went to the store that the refund was done.
