device provided on claim is less than insured value
I use my phone for work like every moment. I lost it than placed in a claim. Claim was approved but device options offered are below what I had originally. I spoke to Vishen the floor manager and her could not help me. I was even willing to get another device and pay more money but no. I use my phone to take pictures and do social media for work purposes. The phone I was forced to take out of the two options given to me is below in spec in camera and space my work cant be done like this. To even prove my theory of the phone being less value and spec, they just sent me an sms to say my insurance premium has been decreased, which means its actually is of less value
claiming for a new phone from csurance
After waiting a whole week after I claimed my Insurance. I had to call Csurance, calling them and having to wait for a consultant for 1hour each and every time I call them. I called them yesterday to follow up and all my documents were proper. Nothing was explained to me properly. Even tried to find out if emails would be faster BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT EMAILS ARE EVEN SLOWER. I have not had a phone for the past 2 weeks now, but shockingly they will never be late or delay to debit the insurance from my bank account. I have wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to fix this. I called them today from 3pm until 4:45 waiting for the next available consultant when I got through to someone I gave her my ticket number, she confirmed my ID number and placed me on hold from 4:47- 5:03pm. She broke her hold and kept quite, I said hello she just kept quite and dropped the phone on my ear. AFTER HAVING WAITED SUCH A LONG TIME TO GET HELP, TO HAVE SOMEONE JUST DROP OR HANG UP JUST LIKE THAT IS DISGUSTING, IT IS APPALLING. I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE AND I HAVE GOTTEN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EACH TIME WHEN CALLING C SURANCE...APPALLING APPALLING APPALLING I would never wish for anyone to go through this at all...
