Simore wx-twin se

Simore advertises dual sim adapters for iphones. Purchased item on 13 June 2017. To date the item has not been received. Tracking number does not exist. Despite numerous emails to Simore they say they cannot refund as it is not in their legal policy. No proof that product exists or was sent. Paid 51 Euros. They do not respond to any of my emails any longer. I need my refund.

Placed order online and paid 13/06/2017.I was told to expect the item after 15 working days.Item still not received.Tracking of item out of CH is not possible. Sent so many emails and lodged ticket queries but Simore refuses to respond. I have demanded a refund to no avail. I am beginning to believe that Simore is an online scamster. Please see...
