Respected Sir/Madam,

I applied for new wireless broadband connection from Connecting India Communications, Dehradun. Their marketing executive Mr. Pankaj came to my shop and took the advance cash payment for installation fees total Rs. 6500 and committed to establish the connection within 3 days...But no response...

I have taken the mobile number of his boss who is his manager Mr. Laxmidar and he assured me that i got the refund payment cheque within 3 days and again no luck... I was contacted him daily but he stopped receiving my calls... I do not know who have recruited this junglee. He is the biggest idiot in the world. He is just like a sweeper who is coming to my home for cleaning toilets. this is clearly reflecting the standard of this company, all stupids and illiterate persons are managing this organization. This is just like a dukaan jahan saare anpadd aur ganwaar bharti ho rakhe hai.

he even do not know how to talk to customer, he has no manners. So i finally decided to lodge complaint against this company and want to teach them how to do business and provide good honest services...

I m providing here the information for this fraud company and requested to have some strict action against them

This is totally a fraud company, never trust this company, yeh sabhi paisa le kar gayab ho jayenge. I have received my refund only after sending daily emails to their mail ID's which are available on their web portal.
