800.com Vanity number

Our company was interested in a vanity number that they had. We were informed that it couldn't be ported out but only leased and a subscription was needed in order to lease it. We followed through aside from the representative being rude. At the end of the year we received correspondence about the account and advised that payment should be made or we could indeed port the number out. Since we have a provider we like we proceeded with the port only to then receive another separate correspondence from the initial rude representative stating that porting wasn't an option & that the subscription is now quoted at $260 & the lease $970. This includes no services. It's absolutely absurd. Do not do business with this company!

800.com toll free number

This company has refused to cancel my service, even though I've asked repeatedly and followed up daily for 2 weeks. They responded to my initial request asking if they could do anything to keep me as a customer. When I explained I simply didn't need the toll free number anymore, they stopped responding. I've filed with the BBB and will continue to warn everyone about this terrible company until they resolve the issue.
