This company has refused to cancel my service, even though I've asked repeatedly and followed up daily for 2 weeks. They responded to my initial request asking if they could do anything to keep me as a customer. When I explained I simply didn't need the toll free number anymore, they stopped responding. I've filed with the BBB and will continue to warn everyone about this terrible company until they resolve the issue.
