Challenger Singapore A purchase philips powerbank bought physically in the store

I bought a philip power bank 10000mah type c the other day on the 15/12/2021. I charge it full and hence just left it in a bag safe to put a powerbank. As a user, I do not frequently use much. So after sometime I wanted to try using today 08/01/2022, first time try this powerpank but I can't switch on! I need to know the reason why can't I on it even though I on my charging switch hence I did not even drop it or get in any contact with water. I had tried to press down the button at the corner long enough which usually for other philip powerbank would auto switch on but nope there's literally none like the sign shown on it. Please help!
