Cedars-Sinai Medical Group review: Medical records

Medical Records do not sent out records when they stated they did. Worker
out of the office 9/25/20 requested records 10/5/20 - said he sent them out.
Dr. Jasmine O. Bowers Obiona checked my Medical Record wrong and has not sent me updated copy I requested. The Medical Record Dept. This Dept.'s work
is unacceptable. Gave me 6 phone numbers, some wrong.
