They have articles, podcasts, and classes that cover everything from your body to your soul, your relationships, your home, and even your money. I think it's a great site, but I didn't give it 5 stars because they send a lot of emails and some of the articles are a little too "out there" for me. But overall, I really love it. It's all about taking care of the whole you.

The articles on MBG cover a lot of different topics. In the recent newsletter, there were articles about replacing retinoids with other products during pregnancy, how to oil cleanse correctly (I learned a lot from that one), grain-free muffins, 4 ways to invest in yourself that will change your life, and tools to overcome PTSD. They also have articles about decluttering your life, living in tiny houses, natural beauty products and recipes, yoga, and meditation. I read what I want to and ignore the rest. I've learned a lot from these articles.

If you want to learn more, there are also classes you can take on a variety of topics. Some of them cost money, but most of the stuff on the site is free. If you want to live a more natural lifestyle, reduce your stress, eat better, improve your sex life, or learn how to be more mindful, this website is definitely for you.
