I ordered some car parts from Better Bodies Motorsports Designs, LLC AKA GT3TEK and the parts they sent me were damaged and deformed and will not install into my vehicle. I have contacted them several times and they refuse to respond.
I wish I would have researched them before purchasing from them because a large number of people seem to be having the same problem with them.

On January 3rd 2010, I have purchased a TK body kit and Aero Bolt-on wing for my 996 Porsche; for 3, 561.62 USD including international shipping and insurance. I have experiences these issues with the seller:
1) The seller advised me that I will be receiving the purchased parts within 3-6 days to AUH, yet I received the goods in Feburary 28.
2) The parts were in really bad packing not being put in foam bubbles; hence the front, rare bumpers, and the wings were damaged. I filed an insurance claim, to replace the damaged parts. I was shocked that the seller has put his name as a beneficiary, therefore on April 26; I requested the seller through his email ([protected]@aol.com) to advice the insurance company to compensate me directly, since I paid for the insurance. The seller did not reply my email back.
I hope that my email be answered soon, but more important I warn all buyers to be more caution with this company.

I don't understand why ( Better Bodies Motorsports Designs, LLC ) did not answer my email until today, and they put their company as a beneficiary for any insurance claim that I paid for! This is a scam without any doubted.
Nevertheless, If they had packed the order properly, there will not be any issues; lack of professionalism in packing caused all this issue.
I advise all the buyers from dealing with ( Better Bodies Motorsports Designs, LLC ).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company is awful. The car parts they sent me were damaged and unusable. I have reached out to them several times about the issue and they refuse to respond to me. I wish I researched this company before I purchased from them...
I have never had any problems with their products in fact we have won several awards at some Porsche car shows. I have been using their products since the early 90's on all year porsches from early 911 to 2008 997's It is difficult to deal with shipping companies even after you apid the insurance they almost always refuse to accept responsibility for packages they damaged. Sorry to hear you had problems with them I guess I have been very lucky after all these years.
I have purchased many parts from Better Bodies and have never had any problems in fact we take our customers cars to shows and have won may awards with there custom Porsche parts. We fit their parts on all types of Porsches from 1974 911's to 2012 997's I love their parts. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience it is always hard to deal with shipping companies even after you pay insurance and they damage products the shipping company always refuses to accept responsiblilty.
