On 26March2016 I received an e-mail from "TopSoft Bargains" and "Windows Deal" offering a 100% discount on the download of the software program "Audials One 2016". I accepted the offer and downloaded the program from the "Audials" Internet site. However, the downloaded program is incomplete and has much less options than the normal version and THAT WAS NOT...
how can I be sure they will not steal from me again!
The charges showed up on my bank statement and I have no idea where or who did it. I do not know who this company is an I only know that the name of the company is audials.com. There was also a charge for 0.64 cents on my bank statement. I need help to get my money back. They stole small sum of money, but how I can be sure they will not steal from me again!
