Scam web site
I should have posted this sooner but I was still reeling at being scammed. On November 5th I thought I would do all my Christmas shopping online and found a swimming costume for my daughter on the Arenti Web site. I paid via Paypal and all seemed well. I gave it time as I thought that coming to the UK from the USA it would take longer (Customs and all that, ) but when I tried to get in touch with Arenti by "contact me" and email there was no response. An Invoice had been down loaded so I had a number and got in touch with Paypal. They took up the issue through their Dispute Department. The Web site did not reply to them either and within 4 weeks Paypal refunded.It was my first bad experience of buying on the Internet. So the lesson to learn... NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT THROUGH PAYPAL. THANK YOU PAYPAL.

Beware
The company Arenti is total scam, and you need to be aware if you decide to buy form them. I ordered leather jacket, which cost about $300. The payment went really promptly, but after that no response from the seller. No emails and my order also didn’t arrive. I sent multiple emails, but the seller scammer continued to keep silence. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I did order a jewel erupt piece from them in 2013, same thing happened my item was never delivered and after waiting for two weeks and multiple attempts to reach out to their scam customer service I had no choice but contact pay pal. Thanks God I paid through PayPal and got my money back, I don not know how you paid but if you used pay pal you should contact them and let them know that you didn't get your jacket. please avoid this website, I agree it is scam, I am surprised it still operates.
