Spent several thousand dollars on Series 400 patio doors. The first door showed up and was installed but had a major air leak, a second door was ordered but arrived with the improper mutton arrangement, a third door was ordered and installed. This door experiences a loud and annoying rattling which gets substantially worse when the temperature drops . Anderson was contacted and I was advised that rattling is normal which I find quite alarming and disturbing. If I would've known this in the beginning I would've never purchased the doors, furthermore nowhere in the Series 400 brochure is there a disclaimer regarding the rattling. I am very upset with the quality of the door and Anderson's response and will no longer purchase their products.
