Please refer to my airway bill number 630148089938. I am very disappointed with your service. My parcel already with your side since 17/11 and until today 25/11 I still did not receive my parcel. I've called your customer service at [protected] on 23/11, 24/11 and 25/11 (today), but the answer given was not satisfied. For your information, it is not easy to get you assistance through the phone. I've also tried your live chat, worst. Its like you talking with the robot because the answers given were all been programmed. And today, I checked track & trace, its still the same update as yesterday. Please look into this matter urgently and expedite the delivery of my parcel. Thank you
