Eagles Logistics Delivery Services / SWIFT Diplomatic Courier Service Company review: Asking for payment for customs clearance to deliver package received from Spain

I've received this email from this delivery services asking for payment to be made to Customs in Malaysia in order from them to release package received from Spain. They keep asking for a lot sum of money and feel so suspicious about it. Please help whether this also a fraud? because I try to track the package no from the consignment note seems couldn't find it.
