Roadside assistance. I neede a boost. My vehicle isn't starting. I called about 1:50pm. and was prompted to use a link check in. I did everything that was required. finally about 10 mins later i receive a txt stating my request and then another txt about 15 mins later stating that a technician receiveved my request and should be there before 4:10.pm. Thats quite a wait. Well here I am still waiting with a dead vehicle. no further responses. i tried contacting AAA and offices are closed. I received no further messages and was left hanging.

Now what I have all transcripts of todays events and Im sure Social media, The local media, and the local new papers will love this little story of how AAA screws people.

I called at 10:38pm because I am locked out of my car. The estimated time of arrival is 2:30am. Why should I have to wait 3 hrs. for service?

I am sitting in the parking lot of Walmarts for n Chatham county NC.

It could be dangerous sitting here all along so late at night (early in the morning). I paid the AAA good money for service and there's no reason I should have to wait so long.

On the day of July 30, 2023 around 5pm I contacted AAA online for a tow. Within minutes I was notified through text that that they’re trying to find a tech in the area and that someone is on the way. AAA also the towing company NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK UNTIL 8:17am back to back.The towing company explains to me they could not find anyone (REALLY) but we can have someone there by noon on July 31, 2023. That should have been told to me yesterday not the day after.

To make matters worst AAA did even ask me was I in a safe location! (WOW) and I only had 3 miles of free tow. I’m done!

I cancelled my service with AAA and called my insurance co. Free towing and they came to me within 2 hrs. Thanks Nationwide!

I needed service on 6/2/2023 i was out of state needed to be towed called AAA they sent a driver that refuse to tow my car saying i needed a tow hook and left me on the side of the road at 8pm at night and said no other AAA truck come get me. he left me on the side of the road I am a premier member.

i called a non AAA tow paid $368.00 to be towed and now I have to wait more than 3 weeks to be reimbursed!

I am going on ALL Social media outlets and tell everyone that I a premier member was left do not trust AAA.

For the past several years I have been getting my annual auto inspections at AAA facilities. I always asked for and am charged for an oil change and tire rotation. At the last inspection (May 17), on a hunch, I marked the front left tire just below the hubcap with an “X”. When I remembered to check for the “X” (today,) the tire was still in the same place. My tires clearly were not rotated. I can only wonder if this is the first time or if this is a routine practice. How can I really trust any work done at AAA centers given this deception with respect to the tire rotation?
