A N Associates review: heated gloves

I ordered 1 pair of heated gloves size XL on November 19th on Facebook. Still have not received them. When I call their phone number [protected], I always get a recording that the office is closed no matter when I call them. I paid $39.99 plus $8.95 shipping through Paypal. Any help in getting these gloves would be appreciated.
