heated gloves
I ordered 1 pair of heated gloves size XL on November 19th on Facebook. Still have not received them. When I call their phone number [protected], I always get a recording that the office is closed no matter when I call them. I paid $39.99 plus $8.95 shipping through Paypal. Any help in getting these gloves would be appreciated.

wireless charger
When I ordered this charger I was told it was for an I-phone 7. However it did not work on my phone which is an I-phone 7. It did work on my friend's I-phone 8. I would appreciate some paperwork so I can return this charger for a complete refund. I used paypal to pay for this charger. Please do not advertise this product as working for an I-phone 7 as this was false advertising!
