#1 Cochran Automotive Jeep Parts

Needed a wheel and rim for my wife's 2020 Jeep Compass Limited which I bought from you brand new. I called a dozen times and got voicemail every time. I left 2 voicemails yesterday with one being to a Parts "Lead" and another first thing this morning. No return call! I called again and the switch-board operator could not get anyone on the line. She stated she sent an email to 3 members of that team including the Lead. No return call!

Horrible customer service and you lost a customer currently in the market for 2 cars.

Desired outcome: Return phone call isn't necessary as I went elsewhere. Maybe an explanation.

Was promised car would be ready yesterday. Greg called late in day saying they couldn’t get to it. Promised noon today but wasn’t ready until 5. Could not get Greg to return phone calls on status. Was exceptionally rude in person when we complained about his lack of responsiveness. Never offered anything such as loaner car even though missed promised completion date/time.
